Very Good
very clean and comfortable - Gentle welcome - quiet place. Very close to St Pancras
the room was at the last floor, stairs are difficult to climb at the last part with a suitcase.

Quality Hotel in a Good Location
The room was comfortable and the location was great -- on a quiet street. The lobby was very charming and the room was very clean. It was nice they offered a room with 5 beds, as we are a family of five and cannot find that at hotels in the US. We were in the basement room which suited us fine but it would have been nicer to be on a higher floor as there was a fair amount of noise outside our window at inopportune moments. But all in all, a great find!
One of the staff members was particularly unfriendly upon our arrival, but the other two staff members we interacted with were great.
